Managing Work Teams, Managing Training, Proactive
Change, and Leadership. One set of the Management
Skill Builders was included in the training and
development materials sent to 90 installations
world-wide. Individuals may use this set or call for
price and ordering information.
The CGPM program is administered by the
Educational Institute in partnership with the
Institute of Real Estate Management. The Educational
Institute and Institute of Real Estate Management
are the world's largest communication resource
centers, providing consulting services and quality
training and educational materials for the housing
industry.
Applying Is Easy
Application requires documented evidence of
your managerial experience, educational requirements
and successful completion of a comprehensive
examination.
Step 1: Print,
complete and return the application
form by mail or fax, along with all supporting documentation
and the application/examination fee. You must have Adobe Acrobat

Step 2: Complete and return the CGPM application form along with
all supporting documentation and the application/examination fee
or attach five (5) Educational Institute professional certification
vouchers to the application.
Step 3: Ask your
supervisor to complete and return the enclosed
recommendation/employment verification form. Within
three weeks, the Educational Institute will review
your application and notify you of your
acceptance.
Step 4: Successfully complete the CGPM
comprehensive exam through an approved proctor.
