If you are having problems with our site, this page
gives section overviews and navigation tips that will help you find
the information you need.
The top row of links on every page is the main category navigation, (see pic below).
Most categories have a drop down list
of links within that category. ALL items appearing in the drop down are links you
may click on.
After you've entered a category area, you will see that category's associated
links on the top right section of the page.
How do
I get information on EI Products?
You can choose a link from the top Products menu, or choose the EI Products. This will take you to a page where you can choose a product sorted by
department, postion, or product.
Click on any of these topics and a list of related products will
appear. Click further on an individual title to get a product
summary, pricing and language options.
You can visit
the AH&LA, Lodging Magazine and AH&LEF sites
directly off our site. The links are located on the upper right of all pages.
Here are
some useful tips for navigating the site:
Site Map - This
map might make it easier for you to navigate and link directly
to your area of interest.
Navigation
buttons appear on the top and right-hand side of every page making it easy to
find exactly what you want!
Shopping Cart
— Locate the product you would like to purchase and click the Add to Cart icon.
Note: At any time you may click on the View Cart icon to see your current selections.
— Indicate you are an AH&LA member and enter your membership number on the shopping cart
screen.
— If applicable, enter your promotional code to receive promotional pricing.
— Review the items you've selected. Click Recalculate or Remove Item as neccessary.
— Enter your shipping and/or billing information.
— Enter your credit information.
— Click on Process Order to complete the order process.
— Print your receipt for your records.
