Term of Agreement:
Five (5) years, with renewal provisions
Use of EI Name and Trademarks:
Right to use name, logos, and trademarks
of the Educational Institute of the American
Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)

- International recognition through EI name and network of licensed schools

Fees:
- Application fee
- License fee
- Annual maintenance fee
Obligations of EI:
- Certify full-time faculty members/eligible
employees
- Perform a pre-license school inspection
- Make technical assistance available
- Maintain standards throughout the network
of licensed schools
- Promote EI name and products
