Customization
With a highly
proficient staff of industry training and instructional design
professionals, EI can customize any program based on specific
needs of a hotel property or organization, the geographic area,
and/or aptitude/demographics of the audience.
The scope
of customization offered by EI encompasses three levels:
Level
One: Modification of Existing Program
An EI program
is modified to concentrate on specific areas within the existing
seminar, based on results of
a client needs assessment.
Level
Two: Fully Customized Existing Program
A full customization
involves the sculpturing of an existing seminar program based
on defined objectives provided by the client. Client input is
obtained by EI through a variety of means to include: surveys,
interviews, and focus groups. Client-specific examples and case
studies are also integrated when applicable.
Level
Three: Creation of Unique Program
Driven by
specific topical or behavioral client objectives, the Educational
Institute's Center for Professional Development will create
a unique seminar program on any facet of the hospitality industry.
Seminar Kits
All seminars*
are also available in a ready-to-lead format containing the
following components: leader's guide with corresponding participant
manual pages (additional manuals must be purchased for each
seminar attendee), supplemental video, training tips and facilitator
resources.
